- What you'll be doing
— Launch of community, which will become a platform for communication of professional community in Yerevan
— Develop a strategy and tactics to launch the project
1 - About You— You're a great project manager — you know how to manage processes, calculate budgets and organize your team, work with documents
— You understand how to work with the community — you know how to research, generate content and connect with everyone
— You know English and Russian for communication (most communication in the community will be in Russian, but English is a plus)2 - Responsibilities— Create a channel for communicating with the community, develop a content plan, and support communication with members
— Plan a program of online and offline activities and launch them: generate ideas, search for speakers, negotiate with the venue, attract participants
— Analyze the effectiveness of the community and develop it3 - Experience— You've launched communities before
— You know how to organize online and offline events and analyze their efficiency4 - What we seek and value most in our candidates— You're energized by the idea of networking, understand the power of horizontal connections
— You live in Yerevan most of the time5
